Finally — A Hanging Rod That Adjusts To The Size Of Your Quilt

Different quilts – Different sizes – One solution.

The Extender Craft Rod comes in two sizes to hang quilts between 500mm to 1200mm wide, giving every quilt the perfect fit.

Oversized quilt? We can custom-build a rod just for you.

With the Extender Craft Rod, you can:

  • Adjust the rod to match each quilt
  • Change quilts as often as you like
  • So easy to hang your quilts – no help required

Too many quilts to hang at once? Rotate them whenever you feel like a fresh look.

What You Need To Make A System?

  1. Track – Choose between The Gallery System track or the Slimline track.  The track is screwed to the wall up near the ceiling or cornice.
  2. Hangers – Depending on your track above, both systems offer Clearline and Stainless Steel Cable Hangers.  These thread into your track and hang down the wall.                        Click on either The Gallery System OR Slimline Art Hanging System to see the options and benefits of each system’s track and hangers.
  3. Adjustable Craft Hook – The adjustable Craft Hook threads onto the hanger and holds up the rod that is attached to your quilt.
  4. Craft Rod – A craft rod is required to either thread through a pocket at the back of the quilt or tabs at the top of the quilt.  Gallery Systems offers either the adjustable Extender Craft Rod or fixed-length rods (contact a distributor in your area for more details).
